I collect as little as I can: your email and what you tell me in a form. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels.

What I collect, why, and the legal basis
- Contact and booking forms (name, email, company, message): to reply and prepare a quote, at your request before any contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Kept 24 months after our last contact unless we work together.
- Waitlists (email, what you cut): to tell you when seats open — your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). Deleted 30 days after that cohort's sales close, unless you joined the weekly email.
- Weekly email (email, what you cut): your consent, confirmed by a link I email you. Kept until you unsubscribe; after that I keep only a do-not-email record.
- The map (email): to send the map you asked for, and each new edition (art. 6(1)(b)). Deleted after 30 days unless you also ticked the weekly email.
- Course delivery (name, email, licence key, assignments, attendance, session recordings): to deliver the course (art. 6(1)(b)). Recordings are deleted 12 months after the cohort's first session.
- Purchases: Paddle.com Market Limited sells the course and handles payment, VAT and receipts as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. I receive your name, email, country and what you bought, and whether you asked for the course to start within your withdrawal period.
- Invoices for direct sales: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)), kept as long as Portuguese tax law requires.
- Website hosting: Netlify keeps server logs (IP address, browser, time) to run and secure the site — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes data for me
Netlify, Inc. (hosting); Make (Celonis), which passes form submissions to me; the email service that sends the weekly email and course emails; and the video-call service used for the live sessions. Google (YouTube) receives data only if you open one of my videos on YouTube. Where data leaves the EU, it's covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability; you can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link or by email to support@miracontents.com. You can complain to the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados), www.cnpd.pt.
Cookies and storage on your device
- This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
- Lessons and the demo open on YouTube, which is Google's site and follows Google's privacy policy.
- The payment form is loaded from Paddle only when you tick the start-request box at checkout, and may set cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.
