1. Who you're dealing with

1.1 The Video Editor's AI Workflow and Cutler are made and delivered by Erik Gustavo Lindgren, trading as Mira Contents, NIF 312974051, [address], support@miracontents.com ("I", "me").

1.2 When you buy online, the seller is Paddle.com Market Limited, which resells them as merchant of record. Paddle's Buyer Terms cover the payment, VAT and your receipt; these Terms cover the course. Where the two differ about the course, the one more favourable to you applies.

1.3 Studio setups are sold and invoiced directly by me under a written quote.

2. What you're buying

2.1 The Video Editor's AI Workflow, founding cohort: 4 live online sessions, Thu 19 Nov – Thu 10 Dec 2026, Thursdays from 18:30 Lisbon time (session one runs 2 hours, the others 90 minutes); an optional setup clinic the day before; the recordings for 12 months; the course materials; each new edition of the map; and a Cutler licence.

2.2 The price is €145, VAT included. It's shown before you pay and charged by Paddle.

3. Your right to withdraw

3.1 If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of the day you bought, without giving a reason.

3.2 To withdraw, use the withdrawal button in your Paddle receipt or the Paddle Customer Portal, reply to your Paddle receipt, or email support@miracontents.com with a clear statement. You can use the model form at the end of these Terms. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.

3.3 If you withdraw before the first session (Thu 19 Nov 2026, 18:30 Lisbon), you get everything back.

3.4 If at checkout you asked for the course to start within your 14-day period, and you withdraw after it has started, you pay for the sessions already held — 1/4 of the price per session (€36.25) — and get the rest back.

3.5 The guarantee: on top of your right to withdraw, come to the first session; if the course isn't for you, tell me before session two starts and you get everything back.

3.6 Paddle pays refunds to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of your withdrawal. Your Cutler licence is deactivated when the refund is issued.

3.7 None of this limits any other right you have by law.

4. Minimum numbers, dates and changes

4.1 The cohort runs if at least 8 people have joined when sales close (Mon 9 Nov 2026, 23:59 Lisbon). I confirm by email within 2 working days of the close.

4.2 If it doesn't run, I move the start date and you choose: a full refund, or your seat on the new date at the price you paid. If you don't answer within 14 days, you're refunded in full.

4.3 If I have to move a session (for example, through illness), I give at least 48 hours' notice where I can and hold it within 14 days. If a session can't be held at all, you can ask for 1/4 of the price back for it.

4.4 Session times are Lisbon time (UTC+0 from 25 Oct 2026; UTC+1 from 28 Mar 2027).

5. Missed sessions

Every session is recorded and the recording is up within 48 hours. Missing a session isn't grounds for a refund. Assignment feedback covers work handed in up to two weeks after the last session.

6. Recordings and materials

6.1 You get the recordings and templates for 12 months from the first session, for your own professional use. Don't share your access, the recordings or the materials, and don't resell them.

6.2 Sessions are recorded for the cohort. Your camera and microphone are optional. If they're on, you may appear in the recording, which only your cohort can see. I won't use any part of a recording that shows you outside the cohort without your written consent.

6.3 Your footage stays yours. When I show your work in a session, only the cohort sees it.

7. Cutler licence

The Cutler licence included with a seat follows the Cutler licence terms at cutler.miracontents.com/terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints and disputes

9.1 Write to support@miracontents.com first; I reply within 2 working days.

9.2 You can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

9.3 Consumers can take a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body:

9.4 Purchases made through Paddle are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (English law; consumers can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where they live). Direct sales are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of the country where they live.
